The climate in this locality is predominantly "Dry". The western and South-western winds dominate the area. During the summer, the frequency and intensity of the winds are greater.

The annual average temperature is 7,2ºC, while the average temperature in the month of July is around 1,8º C and in January the average is 18, 6ºC.
